A restorative practitioner, a mediator, and supervisor based in Manawatū-Whanganui, working with people and organisations across Aotearoa.

I help people have the conversations that matter — bringing calm, clarity and connection where there’s conflict, whether that’s within a whānau or workplace.

My practice is grounded in hohou i te rongo — the making of peace. I hold space with care, cultural humility, and deep respect for each person’s mana and whakapapa.

That way of working sits on a long career. Before restorative and family work, I spent twenty years in financial services — seven of them coaching, mentoring and facilitating. Since then I’ve worked with whānau as an accredited Family Dispute Resolution provider, facilitated restorative justice, and assessed new facilitators for readiness across the motu.

That range — corporate and community, individual and organisational — is what I bring into every room.

When I’m not holding space for others, you’ll find me, in the vege patch, walking my dogs, or spending time with my whānau.
